Start your trip early in the morning from Chandigarh.
Pleasant drive through Una → Kangra → Dharamshala.
You will arrive at Dharamshala in the afternoon and can check into your hotel in McLeod Ganj.
Relax in the pleasant weather, in the evening you can visit the local McLeod Ganj market.

Day 2 Day tour of Dharamshala & McLeod Ganj

After breakfast visit Dalai Lama Temple Complex in McLeod Ganj and Bhagsunag Temple & Waterfall along with Namgyal Monastery and Dal Lake.
Option: Short trekking at Triund Base Point or relaxing at a cozy café.
You have a free evening to relax. You can enjoy some local food or go shopping.

Day 3 Chamunda Devi & Palampur near Dharamshala (Approx. 40–45 km)

After breakfast drive to Chamunda Devi Temple, which is situated on the bank of Baner River.
After darshan, drive to Palampur, which is known for tea gardens and pine forest.
You can also visit Saurabh Van Vihar and Neugal Khad which are known for their beautiful river view
Peaceful town walk or halt at a local café.

Day 4 Palampur to Bir Billing (approx. 35 km / 1.5 hrs)

Drive to Bir Billing, Asia's best paragliding destination, after breakfast.
Enjoy Paragliding from Billing to Bir
You can visit Tibetan Monasteries at Bir, Bir Market and Cafés
Optional: Cultural relaxing afternoon at Deer Park Institute.
Free evening either outdoors or paragliders spotting in Bir.
Night halt: Bir or near-the-village homestay

Day 5 Barot Valley from Bir (approx. 70 km / 2.5–3 hrs)

Have the morning breakfast and then departure to Himachal's secret-gem, Barot Valley.
Beautiful drive passing through pine valleys and river-side hillside.
At Barot you can visit Uhl River, Barot Trout Farm, and hill-rolling village Barot
Optional: Short nature walk or trout fishing (if permitted)
Relax in nature and tranquility for a while.

Day 6 Barot to Chandigarh via Mandi (Approx. 300 km / 8–9 hrs)

Start early and drive back to Chandigarh via: Jogindernagar → Mandi → Sundernagar → Bilaspur
Drive via enjoying the views of Beas River in route.
Break journey for tea/snacks at Mandi or Sundernagar.
